Privacy

Krishna House (krishnahouse.in) is used by the owner of Krishna House rooms in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, to keep track of rooms, tenants, rent and payments, and by tenants to see their own rent and payments.

What we keep

• Tenant details the owner enters: name, phone number, home address, ID type and number, ID photos, room, rent, bills and payments.
• For sign-in: the phone number and a protected (hashed) password, or the Gmail address when someone signs in with Google. From Google we receive only the email address and whether it is verified.

How it is used

Only to run the rooms: making rent bills, recording payments and receipts, and letting each tenant see their own account. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.

Who can see it

The owner sees everything. A tenant sees only their own room, bills, payments and receipts. The data is stored on our own server in India and backed up there.

Removing your data

Ask the owner, and your login and details will be removed, except payment records the owner must keep by law.
